Taught political science at York University in Toronto, the Johns Hopkins University's School for Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC, the Loyola University (Chicago) Rome Center in Italy, and Koc University in Istanbul. Currently Dozent for political science at the University of Zurich. Author of several books and numerous articles and book chapters on populism, nativism, and the radical right in Western Europe and North America.
