Prof. Dr. Kai Wegrich ist Professor of Public Administration and Public Policy an der Hertie School of Governance Berlin. Er war an der Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, der Universität Potsdam, der London School of Economics und für die RAND Corporation tätig. Er ist Mitherausgeber der Buchreihe Executive Politics and Governance (Palgrave Macmillan).
